JFH Class is a fantastic fusion of Jazz hip-hop and funk moves. whether you are an accomplished dancer or a beginner who has always wanted to learn we guarantee a fun class where you can get down and get your groove on.

Timing, Teahcnique and Tapping out the beats. Adult tap will give your mind and body an artistic and energetic workout. From historical styles of tap to the new tapping trends, no matter what level tapper you are we will have you making music with your feet.

Lyrical dance is a dance style that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz and modern dance.  Our lyrical style combines ballet technique with the freedom, movement and musicality of jazz and contemporary.  Lyrical dance is mostly associated with clearly displayed emotions, fast-moving choreography, emphasising movement that illustrates song lyrics, telling the story of the song.  This style is usually danced at a faster pace than ballet but not as fast as jazz.
